Will try and see but I doubt it will be good. With such outcome, I am hesitant to test with new 3.5". I tested two old 3.5" that I had, with the same results. I connected a 2.5'" to the same setup internally, using the same power cable and SATA cable, and it could be detected. And guess what, it can be read and write. I thought the 3.5" was broken, so I pull it out and put it in an enclosure and connect it via usb. Now the PC is working again, it could not detect my 3.5" data disk. It was so frequent that I had to reinstall the Windows 10 OS. Recently during a Oct Windows update, it started freezing during boot up. I had a 3.5" SATA connected internally as my Data disk. My personal PC ran into some strange issues.
